fact is....if the redt of your diet is on point then pw is truly irreleavant. Aceto who I swear by says PREworkout and prebed meal are afutually much more important.......toobeach his own. what I am discovering is I am more diced every little vein when I use whole food meals instead of shakes...next week will be bcaas sippin while I train shower than have a hgood wholesome p f c meal.....24 hourr nutrition......
