what is Agave

sugar is good to the bb'er. when you should use it depends on you and how you respond to it. i drink a glass of whole milk with every meal i eat except my meal at the gym. at the gym post w/o i drink fruit juice loaded with sugar. any way there is a science to the ratio of complex/simple carbs that could be better for some than the common complex carbs only throughout the day.
 
I never eat sugar in my diet. period. besides the natural ones found in foods... so i think a small tea spoon with my Post w/o shake isnt going to hurt me, but can benefit from it, example Insulin levels rise drives nutrients into the muscles and replenish them witch is what everyone aims for after a hard workout...
 
an insulin spike is good post w/o but right after the sooner the better
