cobracock1979 Member Oct 4, 2008 #7 Exactly what one breath said - powdered oates mixes in a shake real easy. Natty PB for EFA's and lotsa cals - easy to balance macros and tastes great. I first meal of the day is 50g whey+50g NPB+100g oats. Thinks its like 900 cals and its CHEAP..and clean!
