oats/whey/ANPB as base ingredients and macros. Mix with full fat red label milk.

Adjust amounts of each base ingredient to suit your desired macro ratios and caloric desires.
 
Exactly what one breath said - powdered oates mixes in a shake real easy. Natty PB for EFA's and lotsa cals - easy to balance macros and tastes great.

I first meal of the day is 50g whey+50g NPB+100g oats. Thinks its like 900 cals and its CHEAP..and clean!
