ok people took me a while to get all my shit together but im finally ready to kill this shit. Im on team KTS thanks to Need2. I will be running my first cycle ever for this shit so watch out. I have only ran a SD clone a few years ago. gonna keep it nice and simple.

ya i got some friends that stocked up on that shit while we could. got some 19tren-tfo sitting somewhere too. stats 23, 5'11'' about 195 pounds maybe 12% bf. been lifting on and off for about 6 years, consistently for the past three. i will try and put up the first pics in my gallery, not sure how though but i will try and figure it out.

had a killer pump, felt pretty strong. every exercise for every muscle group i try to control the weight completely and never really "explode" on the press. also i try to squeeze as hard as i can for 1/2 second at the top of the contraction. it makes you a little weaker when you do this but i feel it in the muscle better. also for chest and sometimes for shoulders i tend to use machines becasue of a recent shoulder injury also i just think that machines for chest have been giving me good results. lol

ya zed i figured someone would mention all the machine work. i had a recent shoulder injury so it just feels better on the shoulder. also, i have never really felt barbell press in the chest. i use dumbells when the shoulder isnt acting up but i have been getting good results with machines and the shoulder hasnt been bothering me too bad. i will try and throw in some free weights every other workout.

got my pics up in the contest gallery. today was an off day. think im gonna kill shoulders and arms tomorrow. maybe shoulders, traps and calfs. not sure yet. havent posted anything on diet yet. usually looks like this.
breakfast 3 eggs over easy, two pieces of toast with jelly or butter and a protein shake.
2nd meal 8oz of chicken 1.5 cups rice
3rd meal usually a 80/20 hamburger patty on a wheat bun and 1.5 cups rice
4th meal 8oz chicken 1.5 cups rice
5th meal about 25 grams of protein of egg whites and a whey protein shake with milk.

i usually drink protein shakes in between some meals or whenever i feel i need the protein. i have been eating a pb&j every other day to get some more calories in my diet. im not TOO concernded with eating super clean right now becuae i need the calories. im taking original diesel and i hear you gotta feed that beast to get good results. i will clean it up a bit in a few weeks. im naturally pretty lean so im not too concerned with fat right now unless i start noticing fat gain. will post up tomorrow after workout. tomorrow is second injection so im ready to kts.
 
about to do second injec. left quad this time. than two hours after inject gonna kill arms. will post up after workout. will try to get my second pics in today too.

lying leg curls 45x12, 60x10, 75x10, 75x9 drop to failure
unilateral leg extensions 15x10, 20x10, 15x10 weight was each leg and i dont like to go heavy on these, its not good i dont think, just slow and controlled
seated calf raises 45x20, 90x15, 135x12, 180x10, 180x10 drop to failure

will be doin squats next week. felt like it was a pretty good workout, i may have done some more work but i had to leave so i could pick up the girlfriend from work on time.

It was good for you man. A tiny little change like that never hurt anybody. You may even see more of an increase in your next set of squats then you think you will.:)

lol, ya she owes me for sure. lol and zed about the leg extensions, you know im not entirely sure since ive always done them. i usually do them because even after leg press or squats my guads still have a little left. i feel squats and leg press alot in the glutes. i just want to make sure the guads are totally thrashed. i like to do some iso movements after my compounds. maybe i could drop the leg ex and throw in another compound like hack squats or lunges? what do you think zed? plus i always felt like iso movements help with detail and i want to get big but still keep those fine details. idk thoughts?

machine shoulder press, 50x10, 70x10, 90x10, 110x11, 110x9 drop 70x10 drop 50x10
cable side laterals, 10x10, 10x10, 10x12

machine shrugs, 50x15, 70x12, 90x10, 120x10, 150x10, 150x10 drop 120x15

shoulders were so f-in pumped i had to stop after side laterals. kinda was hurting. i have messed up shoulders anyways so when it starts to hurt, i stop.

tomorrow is an off day.

Ok that said, if you want definition you could do Hacks- high reps no pause/no lockout at the top. Just make it like one smooth motion for the entire set, or same for Ft Squats.
Dont bounce out of the hole but dont pause there either.
You would wanna shoot for 25-30 reps and prolly drop the weight 50% from your work sets.

DOMS is set in on my legs. its hard to walk my legs and calfs and so sore, especially my calfs. i thought i could have done more when i was workin out but good thing i didnt, my legs are f-ed up. lol i want to do chest tomorrow but i did shoulders yesterday so i might do back. no sure yet.

o ya, up new more pounds today so i weighed in at 203 today. tomorrow will be BACK and Triceps. back pumps are starting to happen and i dont f-in like it one bit. lol i may have to get some taurine if it gets any worse. also im beginning to notice slight lethargy, i can still kill it in the gym but i just feel tired all the time. have been getting a good 8-10 hours of sleep nightly. so not sure whats up. just a few more weeks and im done with the orals. hopefully it wont get any worse.

i got pretty bad back pumps yesterday too and iv'e been taking n2guard since i started orals, i think taurine is the best solution for back pumps. But i can tolerate them and i only have just over a week left on dbol anyways so i'm not too concerned

Taurine has helped me a lot with that type of thing too. I haven't tried N2guard yet. I'm looking at ordering some shortly. Keep us posted on your thoughts! Good job Wcjc!
 
i believe thats what there called, its with the "hetfield" bar. it weights like 75 i think and has two handles right by your traps you can just hold the handles to keep the bar on your back instead of reaching back to hold the regular barbell. doing squats with regular barbells hurts my shoulders to reach back and hold the bar so the hetfield bar is the only one i can use. i beleive i saw a branch warren video with him using that bar and he said hetfield squats so thats what i've been calling them. lol
 
ok, i know what you are talking about then...
i try to warmup my shoulders before i squat even, because they somtimes get a little achy when i go heavy...
a lot of powerlifters use bars like that in training too, i have never had the chance to try one myself... would be fun to give it a try sometime...

d-bell side lateral raises: 15x12, 20x10, 20x10, 25x10 drop 15x10
b-bell front raises: 20x10, 20x10, 25x10
machine neutral grip presses: 50x10, 90x10, 120x10

shoulders started hurting so i quit. i usually try to do rear delts with back. felt really strong and had a pretty beast pump.

o ya, weighed in today at 208!!!! thats about a 18 pound gain so far. and im still pretty lean, probably right around bf as I started.

ya up to and including 160 i consider my warm up sets. i should probably do another set of 180-200 after my first 180 so i have a total of 3 working sets instead of basically just two with a drop set. how much incline do I use? like how often do i do incline movements? well i consider my chest a top priority right now to bring up and especially my upper/inner chest, so i usually try and do at least one incline movement every workout. sometimes my "flat" dumbell press will be on a slight incline. i tend to use d-bells more than barbells because after my shoulder injury barbell presses hurt my shoulder more than d-bells so i stuck with d-bells. but it is feeling better lately so i might try some incline barbell presses next week and see how they feel.

rope pushdowns bringing my hands out at the bottom: 50x12, 70x10, 70x10
underhand d-pulley cable extensions: 30x12, 40x12, 40x12

felt like a pretty good workout, I LOOKED FUCKING HUGE afterwards. it was awesome. this was the first time i have ever done rack pulls, they felt kinda awkward but i got the hang of em. will continue to do these.

Yes for sheer size and strength. But not worth messing yourslef up over it. Its like for me if I do flat bench my should hurts. Thats why I only bench with a 20° incline. Its what works for my bod.
Do str8 bar curls bother your shoulder. They do mine. Actually hammer dbl curls are best for me concerning my shoulder. Again thats just what works.

no im not sure on the item yet. Im hoping to find out today though. ya mine wont be much diff either, i was pumped in my last ones and i wont be this week. but im def bigger. Im gonna start tanning too, i burn easily so im gonna have to take it slow. if you find out what item we need today please let me know.

ya that 190x6 on the shouler press is the heaviest I have ever gone. it was pretty cool. lol I have naturally pretty strong and decent size calves, right now I dont think i need to add too much mass to my calves just kinda carve in some more detail. Ive been able to dunk a basketball since I was about 16, my calves and legs have always been decent without training at all.

i will check out those power shrugs man.

right now I think my traps are right about where they need to be. I have always believed in bringing up body parts proportionatly, so unless they get too small I wont try and kill them too bad. My main focus for this contest and cycle is to bring up my chest and shoulders, back as well. lol

thanks zed. ya i have never done them consistently either, but they LOOK like they would work the upper portion of the pecs more. I can tell you I DEF feel it in my upper pecs and front delts too, maybe too much in the shoulders, I may have to lower the weight and really just squeeze my pecs. I basically think of them like low pulley cable crossovers with a barbell you know? I keep my hands about shoulder width and it seems to be hitting up there pretty good. I will start doing them more consistenly to see how i respond.

my shoulders are bothering me today and feel pretty beat, so im gonna take today off and kill legs tomorrow. than probably take sunday off and start again on my split monday.

i havent really gained any weight the past week but i am feeling stronger and bigger, so im gonana up my calories and possibly start a 4 day split instead of 5 and have three days off a week for a few weeks and see how I respond. Maybe keep at it 5 days a week but just eat more? its a constand mental battle for me to eat as much as i know i should. lol will put pics up today, I think you will like what you see. no homo. lol

since I havent posted anything in a while I figured I would take this opportunity to post my supplement regiment on this cycle.

So since im taking an oral right now Im running N2Guard: 7 caps a day usually all at once somtimes 4 in one serving 3 later on in the day
Gear: I usually take this with any meal that needs a protein boost and/or with my post workout shake, usually a total of about 6 caps a day, this shit is awesome by the way with aminogen in it, the super plasma serum is some pretty bad ass shit, if you dont know about it look it up....good stuff
Need2Slin: 2 servings a day usually with my largest carb meals of the day which tend to be breakfast and pwo meal, sometimes I will take it fasted pre and postworkout
universal BEEF aminos: usually 6 tabs a day with my last shake before bed and/or with my post workout shake or meal
RED Yeast Rice: one serving of 2 tabs a day with my shake before bed
multi-vitamin: taken with shake before bed
Controlled Labs Orange OxiMega Fish Oil: usually two servings totalling 4 grams of fish oil, one somtime during the day, one with my shake before bed
Whey Protein: taken upon waking with breakfast, PWO, right before bed and maybe a little here and there with a meal that needs a protein boost

Felt pretty strong today but the back pumps were too much, I had to constantly stretch it and sit down. I wish I would have been able to go heavier on some back movements but couldnt because it hurt too bad. Only 5 days left of the diesel. Hopefully the test should be kicken in by than since I hear it takes about 5 weeks to kick in.

will try and put up some videos next back workout.

you guys think I will lose some weight once I get off the diesel?????????????? im thinkin I will I just hope not any more than 5 pounds.?????????????
 
my test kicked in a couple weeks ago... i could tell of course because ive ran it before, but also i get a little bloated...
if the test gives you some bloat, then you may or may not even see a drop in weight as you end one, and the other starts working...
for me, i can usually drop 5-8lbs of water in one day, since you are bigger, i would assume you would be holding at least that much if you arent running an AI...
keep up the work... try and fight through those back pumps...

I did flyes first to Pre-fatigue the pecs to get a different feel on my presses. I knew I would have to go a little lighter but I just wanted to do something diff and shock the muscles.

flat Barbell bench press: 135x12, 135x10, 185x10, 205x10, 225x10, 245x7+1 forced rep
incline d-bell press: 65x10, 75x10, 85x10 shoulder hurts on these I may have to try barbell but I think they might be worse
decline barbell press: 135x12, 185x10, 235x10, 235x9+2 forced reps
machine flys:120x10, 150x10, 150x10, 150x10 drop 120x10 drop 80x10

Bi's
barbell curls: 50x12, 60x10, 80x10, 80x12 last four I had to cheat a little bit though
seated alt d-bell curls: 25x10, 30x10, 30x10, 35x7
machine preacher curls: 50x10, 50x10, 35x12, 35x10, 25x12, 25x10 these were done basically 7 style, going for the maximum pump with about 20 sec rest between sets
