I wanted to know if anyone has used this water shedding/glycogen and intramuscular fat synthesis and reload regimen before a contest. It is posted on t-mag and it seems quite sound and the premises are solid. If it really works the way it is supposed to it seems ideal, much more ideal than the typical straight carb load. For those who aren't familiar with this approach it is a carb/fat load. It is based on the fact that both glycogen and intramuscular fat can produce that really full muscle look.
If anyone has used this before I would like to hear some feedback. I am preparing to start it for my contest this weekend. Also, if anyone is familiar with it what is the concensus on a glucose disposal agent such as R-ALA and the use of digestive enzymes. I can't see either being negative to the prep. R-ALA would only help glycogen synthesis and digestive enzymes would help me digest the mass amounts of foreign foods that will happily go into my extremely depleted body.
