I am really good about my diet as far as eating clean meals 5-6 times a day at least 6 days a week. When it comes to cheating on that 7th day i have a few questions. Does anyone else do this? do you feel guilty? are your cheat days really "cheat days"? On the 7th day i usually have 1-2 meals i wouldn't normally eat and still have 5 clean meals. those 2 meals are still considered considered healthy by some not me. if this makes sense cool and maybe someone can shed some light about what they do. thanks in advance.
