So I stretched my quads out today after a back workout. I had trained my quads the day before. And when I got home to shower, I noticed my quads had dark red dots and marks all over the bottom area of both my quads, called Patachiae. If you know what Graston is, it looked just like the muscles would after you get graston done on a muscle group. Does anyone know what this might mean (quads are too tight?).
