Stressing muscles, is it good?

I am progressing a lot, just over the summer I gained about a 2 kg but I still have the same fat percentage and (sadly) I am not getting any taller so an increase in hight has nothing to do with it

But besides from the increase in mass I am also able to lift more

don't you have a weightlifting team in school? you can get help from your coach

at your age to be honest the best workout is a 5X5 or a split routine. the hours you put into it now will pay off later
Well there is but I just "came up" with this and I still have my summer break so haven't had the chance to talk to him yet

It sounds like you are making progress so obviously it is working. I would also like to stress that you focus on diet too. There will be a time where diet will be extremely important so this is a great time to master eating.
