Strength gains test+tren?

Hello

I have been searching around alot looking for how much people has gained strengthwise, in numbers.
The only things I find mostly is "My gains were great" and "I gained 20 lbs"

However, that is of no interest to me as I want strength. Mass comes when strength increases :)
I am a pretty experienced lifter and I go to the gym once a day lifting heavy.

Lets say I inject ;
100mg test p eod
100mg tren a eod

How much could one gain in the benchpress if benching 2-3 times per week doing 4-5 reps in 5 sets? As an example.
Even more sets per week in the squat but the same regimen, heavy 4-5 reps. And deadlift?

My bench is around 320, squat 400 and deadlift 500+

I anticipate some answers like "You can't tell because it is individual"
I hope I can get some numbers from people doing this kind of cycle.

I've had tons of success with tren when it comes to strength. Soreness is almost not existent as well. While over training seems nearly impossible, I do believe hitting the bench three times a week is a little excessive. As for the tren, with proper training and diet I added ridiculous amounts of strength in as little as a few weeks. Pre-cycle i was benching 105 lb dumbells 6 times, by the end of week 3 I was pressing 130lb dumbbells 6-8 rep at that exact dose, I kid you not. I was only hitting my chest once a week. Remember recovery is important.

Thanks for answering

Sounds very nice and that strength increase seems to be awesome:google:. How keepable were the gains you made?

I have had success with higher frequency before. There is no problem benching that often, NATURAL! There is also no problems squatting everyday heavy. hehehe.
Just look at successful powerlifters and olympic weightlifters, heavy compound movements everyday.

There are way too many variables to give you any kind of legitimate numbers from that. The range could be as big as someone gaining 10- 15 lbs on their bench to someone gaining 70-80 lbs on it. Your training routine, diet, genetics, dosages and compounds ran, length of cycle, age, intensity, AAS experience, etc...can all impact how much or little strength you gain.

^with that in mind, we can kind of base his experience off his posted numbers...

OP what are your stats? ht, wt, age, bf%
im gonna just throw out a number for now and say that you are above the novice level and say more like 25lbs on your big lifts... it will come on fast and taper off by the end of the cycle...
the 80lb gains are more for guys thats havent been prioritizing those lifts...

i understand rickrock, but it is always fun to guesstimate :)

about 6'6 or 6'7
250lbs
15%ish bf?
22 years

If I would only gain 25lbs that would be weird. I can probably gain that strength clean by early next year. And probably more on deadlift.

sorry, i was assuming you were not quite that big by your lifts bro... you have potential for more strength with that size...
how long have you been training? thats the last question...
ima say more like 40-50lbs for now though...
if you can gain 25lbs by early next year, then thats 100lbs a year on big lifts... ...that is a LOT... aas are not magical...

Yeah, I am pretty tall and I believe there are some big improvements I can make. I mean gaining 10lbs of weight while losing 10lbs of fat would be nice. I do believe that is possible due to the fact I am not that ripped right now. That kind of musclemass increase would probably give me much strength. However, maybe I am way off in the numbers.

The fact that I think I can increase my strength that much naturally is because I haven't really had the time to improve that much during this summer. I was at my strongest 5 months ago. This winter will bring alot of training and good nutrition.

I would say aas is magic, if you know how to use it.

Being that tall do you find hard to go real heavy on some lifts? I am 6-5 and it took me 5 years of hard lifting to get to 400 on my bench. On of my good friends is a pro wrestler he is 6-10 and has never had a strong bench either. Sorry for the derail you don't see many guys in the gym over 6-2 or so.

I guess being tall gets you some less beneficial leverages plus you have to weigh alot more to be as strong as a shorter guy. To match a 6' guy 180lbs a 6'7 guy would have to weigh somewhere around 245-250 lbs. Since the volume is increasing by a power of 3.

I don't find it hard to go real heavy, I find it hard to get strong for real :) How much did you weigh when you benched 400?
