I have been searching around alot looking for how much people has gained strengthwise, in numbers.
The only things I find mostly is "My gains were great" and "I gained 20 lbs"
However, that is of no interest to me as I want strength. Mass comes when strength increases
I am a pretty experienced lifter and I go to the gym once a day lifting heavy.
Lets say I inject ;
100mg test p eod
100mg tren a eod
How much could one gain in the benchpress if benching 2-3 times per week doing 4-5 reps in 5 sets? As an example.
Even more sets per week in the squat but the same regimen, heavy 4-5 reps. And deadlift?
My bench is around 320, squat 400 and deadlift 500+
I anticipate some answers like "You can't tell because it is individual"
I hope I can get some numbers from people doing this kind of cycle.
