Storming back to fitness in the Sonoran desert.

Hey Zed, thanks for stopping in, and thanks for clearing the source issue up. I read the posting rules, but must have missed that one. Appreciate you addressing for it in an understanding fashion. :)

How married am I to my program...you know, I'm not at all! Even if I was, a good program only lasts 12 weeks or so in my opinion, then you need to change it up or the body adapts. So I would love to hear what you have to offer.

As far as why I've chosen it, I've always liked to work out complimentary muscles (for example, benchpress works out chest/tris and it's a cornerstone of mine, so I do chest/tri's together. Pulldowns work out shoulders and lats, so I combine them, etc...). I really like having a rest day between work-outs (as much as to spend time with family as for the recovery period, to be honest), and variations of this workout are what I used in my youth when I was pretty stacked. But I don't pretend for a second it's perfect and can't be improved/replaced.

The full male panel is a good idea, I'll get that scheduled. I'll need to see whether I'm a candidate for HMT/TRT...outside of the beer belly I'm in pretty good shape and I carry my weight well, and I'm a pretty big guy; still, always worth investigating!

Well, my goods arrived last night, so today's day 1. Following the schedule as outlined, 40mg of Clen, etc. Definitely feel the shakes, although they're not unbearable by any means...but I can definitely feel the stuff. The SARM tastes terrible :/

Lol 40mcg clen is my max dose for asthma and I never take it in one go! Good luck bro, you should notice breathing easier when you run! Of course if there's nothing wrong with your airways ya prolly won't notice much....

hello Sono thanks for joining us, we're glad to have you, personally I hate clen ,But if you can stand it ,then by all means go for it, after 2 weeks take some benadryl in the evenings to clean out your receptors.

Also i would reccommend some fasted cardio (on an empty stomach) at least 10-16hrs after your last meal ,this will do a hatchett job on bf! you will have a 45min window after that where the body screams for nutrients ,Take something that is digested quick like a hi protein shake, an hr after that you may resume your diet.
