That's perfect because that's why I'm going to try it, very doubtful about it because it's such a big change but gonna follow it to the letter for a couple months.
I love the program but I think it is better if you do power cleans instead of the rows but that's just me. I also like to add in weighted dips and pull ups, keep them heavy and the reps low. But a great program without as well.
