Still trying to sort bulking diet...Help

This week i am trying to find some organisation with my food. Im still unsure of eating times when bulking i am trying to keep in pretty cleanish.

What i ate today to give you some idea. ( i got up really late today about 11am) i still ate roughly every 2 hours. Also small things like pasta would normally be wholmeal or brown. I never normally have jacket potatoe for lunch either normally a chicken sandwhich with a bannana or something along those lines and there would be a couple of cans of tuna in there somehwere

Breakfast

24g Whey with water
Porridge (oats and milk)
1 peice of wholemeal toast with sugar free jam
1 cup of lemon tea

Lunch:

Jacket Potatoe with beans and cheese
Diet Pepsi

Snack

2 tbls of Peanut Butter
1 cup of lemon tea

Dinner.

Pasta with meatballs and sauce (havent a clue what sauce)
Lemon Tea

This is to come later..

9pm - Shredded wheat with milk



10.30pm - 2 tbls of peanut butter

11.30pm 3 eggs scrambled with chicken

12.00am Whey Shake before bed

Water intake around 1 - 1.5 gallon

Obviously this is not going to be every day its just what i had time to grab today as i was out and about. So any advice with meals etc would be great.

i dont know what your maintainence calories are...but that sure doesnt like like HALF of what you should be eating a day..imo
 
yeah i figured that lol.

Maintenace is around 3000cals. Gonan run this through fitday in a min actually see what it goes at.
 
Defo sarge gonna have to get the cals in whey is a pretty simple whey ;) to add them.

Ok ran through fitday and im miles away as usial and ratios are a fucking joke. Its embarrassing im that far off lol. But in my defense i didnt go out to count the cals today and havent yet even looked at foods etc.

Cals - 3203
Fat - 118
Carb - 325
Protein - 212

Carbs - 38%
Protein - 27%
Fat 34%
 
Crossy eat protein every meal re shredded wheat + milk .. need pro

why are ratios bad thats almost 40 30 30 im confused
 
Cals aren't too bad, i don't think... i don't remember your weight off hand.

But if they're way high, every one needs a high calorie day or 4 on a bulk ;)
 
I am around 167lb at the min but the last 5 X 5 i ran i was intaking around 2800-3000 cals and had no weight gain whatsoever so i am presuming maintenance is around that I added a few things into fit day 2 more servings of whey and 2 cans of tuna i also added the flax and codliver oil and some fruit that i missed initially and had this.

Total: 4237
Fat: 151 1360 33%

Carbs: 373 1348 33%

Protein: 345 1381 34%

The fat is to high for my likeing. Trying to figure what foods i can change

Oh and i droppped the T-Rex yesterday for a few weeks. I didnt think it would affect me strait away but i felt screwed last night and this morning getting up (thus the gettin up late i mentioned). Have been on it for about 3 months strait and maybe this was not helping with me trying to put on weight.
 
Played around with it a little and come out with this. Ratios seem abit better these will change a little on training days with carbs and protein being abit higher. Critique please :)
