still not losing weight!!!

ok, i know it is my diet! im going to switch to not no carb, but low carb. like veggies and meats, no starches or refined foods, anybody have success with that?
 
It may not only be your diet but your training.
Make sure your cardio is sufficient for weight loss.

I've had terrific success with my diet. Low carbs, high proteins, no fats except the good ones.

It's a bitch though....I'm always hungry.

I also do cardio at least 20min on treadmill everyday before breakfast.

I train to keep my strength up. I do not train to get sore because I'm not taking in enough calories to build.

you may think this is stupid but you have to eat more....by eating more you'll increase your metabolism which will help you burn fat (obviously), also make sure you do cardio.....lot's of it!!!!!!
