Steroid cycles for a newb and what a Journal can do for you.

As some one new to steroids it is important you start off with 1 compound not 2 or 3. You do not need to stack and you do not need a lot. The guy at the gym trying to tell you you do is ether a meat head or the one trying to sell it all to you.

Start out with one compound and see how it effects you. Trust me you are going to gain muscle. Depending on your goals and a lot of other factors you can do just about anything with just one compound.

It is also important that you know everything there is to know about steroid cycles, the compound you are about to use Its effects and side effects.

Take the time to research everything. Learn about all the side effects and what to take and how to take something to counteract them. Research the most effective ways to do pct,pree pct and more.

Make sure you feel 100% confident that you have fully researched the subject. Please please please read this whole thread it links to in the thread. Read each post carefully.

Once you have read threw this whole thread then find some one (yes like myself,mod,mentor or a board vet. Send them a pm and ask them questions about any of the parts you feel you do not understand. Then make a thread on the aas forum with a The cycle you feel is best for you, along with all you will have on hand and everything you will be taking for pct.

People will chime in and maybe open your eyes to something you did not see or taking into consideration. Maybe some one will have a bit of experience to share with you. Another importent thing is people around the forums will start to get to know you better. Feel free to joke around make some friends and have some fun.


Now once you have your full cycle all planed out and set in stone. Go get everything. Do not start any part of the cycle till you have everything in your hands that you planned on having. Always always plan ahead and always stick to the plan.


Once you have everything in place in hand and its all ready to go. And here comes the big part.



Come to this forum and starts a log. Not a second sooner or later. Come to the MY cycles and aas Journal forum and start a log thread. Write down your whole plan. Lay it all out for you and for everyone else to see. Get it out of your head and up on the screen.

Remember this is your goals your life and you need to put in all the effort and hard parts. No one else can do that for you. But if you make an effort to show others you are working hard. They will in turn get behind you and help push you. Anyone can lead a horse to water but no one can make him drink.

Anyone who sees that your bucket is empty because you are drinking and thirsty will come by and fill it back up though.


So put in the effort. Do the research and then come make a log thread on this forum. Then go the extra mile. Send some people a pm with a link to your thread. Ask others to come by and help keep you honest with yourself. Ask for help and I bet my life myself and almost any member of this site will give it to you.


I want to see you making a log. I want to see you coming to ef everyday to drink from this sites knowledge and to get a lifes pick me ups this site has to offer all its members. Myself and the all of ef is nothing more then a keyboard a way every waking hour of your life.

When you come to ef and read the thread. Join into the forums, make a log and just be here with us a few hours or even a couple of mins a night. Trust me it will begin to rub off on you. I have seen it happen to thousands of people.

You are who you hang out with and your thoughts control your life. So invest some thought into elitefitness and spend time with all the members here. This site is truly a great site and its because of the great people that come here every day.

i've been keeping a log somewhat. Not really sure what to write most of the time though, heh.

Maybe someone could post up a "template" in a sticky, so people can copy / paste it each day and just fill in the info. :)
Kind of like those journals places sell.

How your journal should start.

Hi I am so and so.
Age,height,weight,bf% and if you like measurements


My goals are as follows (list goals)
You can list the stats you are reaching for to here if you like.

My cycle,ai's,pct will be as follows


My training will start of as follows.

My diet out line will be as follows.

I will use fitday.com or such and such program to track my diet and post it here every day.

Now every day you will post.


1.Hi I worked out today at this time.
2.this was my work out
3. this is how I felt threw out the day and how my work out felt.
4. This was my diet today.
5. This is how I slept last night
6. this is Age,height,weight,bf% and if you like measurements

7. notes, in the nots you can say anything you like about your day, any pr's you made any new products you may now be using, how you feel on the cycle, side effects you may be having and things like this.

The more detailed you are the better it will help you help your self and the more others can help you
