After my work-outs if I've got the time I like to sit in the steam room at the gym for 10 or 15 minutes. After that I have a relatively cool shower.
Aside from dehydration, is there anything I need to worry about? I do drink like 5 or 6 liters of water a day, so I don't think I need worry about that.
