Not a bump, just a dark spot, he's pretty sure it was a dead blood vessel because he had some REALLY rough sex with her and the dot is pretty tiny, he hasn't had any pain / odd discharge / any symptoms of an infection or disease but isn't 100% sure its a dead blood vessel. Question is, how easy (if possible) is it to rupture a blood vessel in the penis head causing it to die and is there anything (ie: a bleaching agent or cream) that would remove of the mark? He finds it cosmetically unappealing even though he says its pretty much not noticeable. Thanks.
