Starting weight???

Well....

My diet is about 2300 cal. w/100 carb. 300 protein....etc. It's clean and doing well. I started it about 40 days ago and have lost about 20 lbs. I really think it might be good to start this one at about 165-175 lbs. I do quite a bit of cardio now. Anywere from 20-60 minutes 4-5 times a week. I'm going to start in 45-60 days I think. I want my weight just right this time. I think I'll put on better looking size if I start low.
 
What type of cardio are u doing?

HIIT is amazing IMHO.... high intensity interval training.

just 20 minutes and I want to die most of the time...great for metabolism boost FAR after you've left the gym :)
 
3 different types:

Run as fast as I can for 2-3 miles = 15-20 minutes

Run slow for 30-45 minutes - Used after legs are so sore I can't do anything but...

Cycling @ 23 MPH for 60 minutes - Don't laugh! I see you! I know I don't look like a "cyclist" but I love it.
 
ok, nice...that's a LOT of cardio, IMO.

I'm really not sure what you want us to tell you.

Seems like you know what you want to do, you're just not to sure what Poundage Number to stop at.... go by the mirror I say.

#'s are #'s and composition can change (LBM and BF).

Use the mirror... start bulking when ur done cutting :)
 
Not a problem bro.

Number are just numbers... Keep that eye open... mirror.

Not sure if u know or not... Keep H20 intake up too... 1 gallon a day at minimum on average... helps keep us full inbetween feedings too.
 
Sure. About 3 gallons when training away from work and about 1 gallon when I'm at work. I hate being at work and having to piss all day. I'm a Firefighter and can't tell you how many times I've been "on scene" and had to piss like a race horse!

You've got it bro... just time to get cracking and stick with it.

You'll do well, i'm very interested to see where you end up after the bulk.

Sarge this guy is a real freak - I trained legs w/ him on Monday and he likes to squat 225 x 20 for 4 sets (his legs are wider than long ... lol) . This guy is a FREAK........ I think the # is going to be closer to 165.

Yo FF - post up your bulk and let Sarg/others critique - It's nothing fancy but I sure am excited....... this is going to be ALOT of fun. You'll get better advice in the diet area....even for AAS suggestions....
