When I started my Project in Jan 05, I was eating probably 1700-2000 cals a day. As a base, I used the 40/30/30 combined with a diet/training Program, and eventually added additional health supplements from the AF Store...Rhealite said:Ok, I understand the P,F,C ratio but the cals are not going to be to high?
