 Well not quite, but I did my first new max after training westside for an entire 3 weeks HEHE. Timing was bad, in the future, I plan on maxing every 5 weeks in the squat.

Anyways, the bottom position is DEFINATELY my weak position in the squat. I am a much better deadlifter than I am a squatter if that helps any. Is this weak glutes?

I figure my best MAX exercise for a while should be:
1. Low box squats
2. Good Mornings

Assistance work:
1. Bent Legged Pull Through
2. Romanian Deadlift
3. Good Morning

Is this the right approach?

PS: I am loving this methodology. I am dieting right now, have lost about 7 pounds of fat, possibly gained 1-2 pounds of muscle(unless its water) and have gained 10lbs on the squat in those 3 weeks. Woo Hah!!!

Might be an ab problem. That's what I was told....I have the problem as you. But even worse.

And yes your approach seems ok from my perspective, just glancing at it.

I also maxed with no belt, no wraps, and no suit. I don't have any of those yet, so everything is raw.

It could be something as small as your hips. Try doing plate slides, abduction adduction work, and pullthroughs.
