Stack Question

I am trying to get Lean and stronger and this is what was suggested to me:

MHP:

TBomb II
Activite
dark Matter
Dark Rage
Dren

or

Axis Labs:

Smash - Pre workout
BCAA
FURAZADROL: The guy I spoke to said the Axis HT I am using now really wont help me out b/c I am already making enough testostrone being 26 so he suggested something stronger. He also said I could stick to my post workout combonation Optium Nutrition and BSN Syntha 6.

It is all just so confusing to me and I want to make sure I have a good stack that is going to bennifit me the most.

I am open to suggestions.

Thank you everyone

What's your stats?
Height, weight, lifting experience, age?

Who and where was this suggested? GNC perhaps?

I spoke to Axis Labs.

I am 5'3 148 lbs. I lifted in high school and am just starting back into the gym. I make my own routines from the stuff I read ... basically I did biceps, delt , chest and abs one day and tri, back and ab the other. That was for the first 2 weeks now I am doing a total body dumbbell workout for the next 2 weeks.

You aren't lfting your lower body? No leg work? You must lift legs i you want to build a strong body.

You don't need any supplements other than protein right now.

The rest of your results will come from a good diet. At less than 150 lbs, it should be a piece of cake to eat enough food to gain a subtantial amount of mass and strength. Results come from diet. Even using steroids with a crappy diet doesn't result in much.

And you've been lifting for 2 weeks is all?

No I do my legs and back as well. Just got back into lifting. I went from 215 pounds to 150. I was way way overweight and now that I am at a respectable weight, I am getting back into the gym. I eat 2500 calories a day ( roughly ) .. 300 - 325 gram of protein ... 225 -245 carbs daily.

Good.

Keep at it. You should make good gains. If you aren't gaining weight fast enough, up the calorie intake to 3000 daily. You should gain a ton for a long time at that much protein and calories for your weight.

Just work hard and the results will come.

You should get on a standard lifting program. There are some philosophies to lifting weights that will make a huge difference and are important. You need to understand those and apply them to your routines. Just lifting from what you read in Muscle and Fitness doesn't do you

Go over to the weight training forum and get a good workout program dialed in and get some help from the guys over there. They will probably suggest a 5x5 program. I personally don't use it (I have in the past though), but it is a good program to follow. Learn the philosophies behind the training, apply them, and you will progress much faster.
