Squats only on leg day

Squats alone can develop fantastic legs. Imo if you're doing squats and deadlifts all you need is leg curls and calf raises to get a solid pair of legs. Maybe this wouldn't cut it for a serious competitor, but I've got solid ass legs genetically and they get more pronounced with lifting and all I really do is those exercises.


Look at olympic weightlifters as well. Most of them have great lower bodies. Pretty much just all squatting movements on every lift they do.

I'd probably start off working up in weights to your heaviest set. Then rest abit and do like 5x10 with a weight you can just handle for those sets and reps only giving yourself a minute rest between each set. This will kick your ass.

Or do 5x10 front squats the same way.

You'll feel it.
 
Squats then maybe close stance front squats.

Fronts blast my quads unlike any other exercise. As much as I enjoy squats, I'd get bored with them fast.
