I just really started getting into squats (i know, iwas an idiot for taking so long) and it seems that no one in my gym really cares about their legs, so I have no basis as to what weight to squat is heavy, light, etc..
So, I was wondering what everyone weighs, and what they squat.
Myself- 170- 245- last set. Good? Bad?
