Squats: HOW DEEP? parallel or to the floor?

Argument is good. It is, in it's truest form, just expression and communication of knowledge and experience.

I'm just looking for some clarity here. If ATF is best I'll do ATF, even if I have to wrap my knees to do it. I don't have knee problems and I don't want them. I'd rather do parallel or just below if it means I wont injure myself into NOT doing squats for months on end.

So what is the skinny, ATF or Parallel?

I'm currently doing squats to parallel, or just below, feet shoulder width apart, I use a 2x4 under my heel and my toes pointed straight ahead. Head up and back straight.

And WHAT is the skinny on Leg extentions?
 
i like leg extensions

i do them straight on. no toes out or toes in crap. some think it will hit the sweep or the teardrop more. whatever. hehe.

atf or not. i will just say that a legal powerlifting squat is just below parallel. i wont touch it anymore than that. hehe i made a pact.
