Argument is good. It is, in it's truest form, just expression and communication of knowledge and experience.
I'm just looking for some clarity here. If ATF is best I'll do ATF, even if I have to wrap my knees to do it. I don't have knee problems and I don't want them. I'd rather do parallel or just below if it means I wont injure myself into NOT doing squats for months on end.
So what is the skinny, ATF or Parallel?
I'm currently doing squats to parallel, or just below, feet shoulder width apart, I use a 2x4 under my heel and my toes pointed straight ahead. Head up and back straight.
And WHAT is the skinny on Leg extentions?
