Squats, 7-16-03

No I was saying that 405 #2 was the only one that looked shallow. The rest are very close hard to tell without a clear view of you hip line.

B-Fold,

From the looks of your squat, I would say that going heavier seems to help. To me it looks like you go a little deeper when you do so. To me the first set with 405 looked a little shallow. However, I am not a certified powerlifting judge. Don't worry, all good things require time.
 
Good to see things moving well, had my competition and training partner have his knee scoped last week and I hate to see surgery on people. You try box squatting as a form of rehab instead of free squatting ( I mean heavily)?
