Squat...

doing 20 reps on squats is a pretty good idea IMO....it gives them something they're not used to so it will help with growth. just my .02
 
there are days when my body just isn't up to squatting heavy. when my body feels like that i do 20 rep squats. It doesn't hurt to try something different every once in a while
 
My legs grom best from heavy 5's
 
Old principle but I say if you can do over 12 reps...you need more weight. Unless endurance is your goal.
SQUATS RULE!!!
