I'm gonna go do squats this morning for the first time in ages. I've been doing leg presses instead, because of my wonky knees (my knee caps tilt outwards). But my husband showed me the tru-squat machine last time we were at the gym, so I'm giving it a try. I think I'm going to start out pretty light and concentrate on my form...I don't want to tear my knees and then not be able to train at all.
