Spring/Summer Lean Cutter New Plan!

So here is the new line up of sups I will be using:

Epivar (epi 18mg per cap)
SuperStim
Alpha T2
Shift
PhytoSerms 347
Erase

Running Epi for 5 weeks along with superstim, alpha t2, and shift throughout. After the epi I will be adding phytoserms and erase for 4 weeks, the superstim, alpha t2, and shift will continue through this time as well.

Pretty serious stack I think for a fat shredding lbm sparing or adding spring run.

Opinions?

I wouldnt add OEP if you are also running superstim. Too much 1,3 dymeth imo.

I really like HEAT + DCP + alpha t2. This is a powerful stack minus the stims. HEAT and DCP is the best fatburning stack I've used. That's saying a lot too considering they are both nonstim.

Don't run alpha t2 and shift at the same time. That might be a little overkill on the 3,3 T-2. I'd start the stack with alpha t2 and continue with shift when the alpha t2 runs out.

Shift + phytoserms + Erase sounds like a killer test boosting, anti-catabolic, fat burning PCT. I'd add a low dose of clomid though :D


How do you plan on dieting while on cycle?

why the clomid southern? if you dont mind me askin :)
 
It helps ME recover post cycle. I know it's not in fashion on this board, but it does work and it is beneficial to recovery. I'm talking low doses here.... 25mg ed for four or five weeks depending on the cycle.
 
I actually read a stack setup by PES using 2 alpha AM, 1 alpha + 1 shift mid day, 2 shift PM as a stack, plus adding a stim which is why i decided to try them all out.

Diet is high protein, mod healthy fats, with varying low carb or mod carb days depending on the work/work out schedule.

Cardio is right now, 45 mins pre meal AM on my stationary bike with the tension slightly elevated for about 17 miles. This will change when basketball starts up, obviously the cardio wil be many more activities.

Lifting is staying as heavy as possible, moderate rep counts, focussing on mainly the basics, trying to get as much of a full body workout each time. Squats, Bench...etc...

Thats the basic outline im at work so no time for the details. I think the EPI will help me retain muscle and strength as well. SuperStim will be running out soon, gotta fix that.
