Yeah man I feel like I didn't sleep at all last night. It's hot as fuck outside today and I just feel like sleeping all day long.

I haven't had the pumps in my back yet, but last time I got them bad about 3 weeks in even with a ton of taurine. Hoping my test fully kicks in soon so I feel better.

Got the fish oil burps today too. Gross!

Those fish burps are one of my least favorite things in the world. Absolutely revolting, and I LOVE me some seafood.

Thanks man lol I will admit I puked during the squats. I switched to the 20 rep range awhile back and have seen crazy gains you should try it man!

Fair warning, you'll get lightheaded and probably puke the first couple sets lol

If you go back in my log like a month or two ago I was doin 20 rep squats for 10 sets it was brutal I know what you mean lol dizzy blacking out puking all that shit

Fuckin pissed.

102 degree temp today and feeling like complete shit.

No appetite, no energy and down a couple pounds. Can't get any work done because i'm constantly running to the bathroom to puke or shit or both

Probably doesn't help that the fucking weather keeps going from blazing ass hot during the day to freezing cold at night.

Last night there was like a 40 degree drop in 4 hours.

Nah, but seriously I've seen guys drop the dose or even take a few days off Beast to help with the sides. There obviously seems to be other factors for you, but that might help...

I'm in the Northeast, and just got our fourth snow storm in a little over a month...weather is crazy everywhere it seems lol...

Ok so I lost 6 pounds total while I was sick, felt weak as hell the entire time and had almost no energy. I missed out on the gym a few days, and really expected to come back very weak Thursday, but I KILLED it somehow. I also upped my N2Bulk to twice a day. Once postworkout, once before bed. This, along with Beast, has taken me back up 4 pounds just in the last two days. I was blown away when I stepped on the scale this morning.

Thursday:

15 minute cardio warmup

50 pushups

Flat bench press

Super tired today. Stayed out late blabbing to psizzle and didn't get home until late, and the Beast lethargy is in full swing. Might up my carbs a bit and cheat a little. We'll see.

So I was thinking about upping mast dose to 700. If I did that, I'd have to adjust my schedule and run it with the tren, since mast at high doses has an AI affect and so does Epi, I don't want to risk an injury from my estro being too low.

Thoughts?
 
Shit I can't offer any knowledge regarding that question, but I know what you're going through regarding that lethargy... it was a bitch when I ran that shit.

I just loaded up on preworkout to help give me a boost at the gym... it only helped so much.

Sorry for my absense by the way, haha. Been busy as fuck. But I'm back followin closely. Keep killing it bro, you da man!

So I decided to go ahead and up my mast dose to 700 and run it alongside tren (upped to 400)

Starting it in 5 days! Can't wait for the next phase of this cycle.

So far I am only up a total of 2-3 pounds, but I have dropped a good bit of bodyfat as well. Strength is better than ever and i'm ready for that king of the jungle feeling with tren/test/mast!
 
Yeah, it's tough to find jeans that fit my huge legs

I know that feeling bro!! I like express jeans, they make my ass look good (hey chicks dig that shit to!) they aren't cheap, spent about 350 on clothes right before my tren cycle, nothing currently fits! Fml!!!

Update. Up 5 pounds total today. Have dropped the Beast and am preparing for tren. Leaned out considerably and am attributing that to diet and training, since beast and sust are in no way cutting compounds.

Much more vascular, and I hit 495x3 with ease on deads again this morning. Pumps aren't quiye as ridiculous as when on Beast, but I feel much better during the day and almost feel like the last few weeks have been a blur because of how groggy I was the whole time.

The weather is super nice tonight, so I am headed out for a Marine Corps style S&E run.

I run a total of 4 miles, stopping every half mile to bust out a max set of pushups, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, then the dreaded burpees. Then repeat the pattern. After 4 miles I will have done each of the excercises twice, for a total of 8 max sets of work!

Headed out, gonna kill it!
