Anyone know much about NBA '06? I read a review on it, and the story sounds interesting (the thought of making your own char and working on it's fame sounds really cool), but I wanna know if anyone has it so that I can hear a first hand account.

Yeah, I got it, pretty good game actually. The story mode actually has a real story. And yeah, you're right about making your own character, it is fun to be in control of his life. And the mini games, well, there are a lot. But the best part's the online play. They have these big 32 team tournaments online, and man, it gets crazy. I say buy it, you'll love it.

You talking about NBA Life mode? Yeah NBA 06 is a great game, imo it's the best basketball game on the PS2 right now because of its NBA Life mode and online. I like the tournaments and updated rosters, it's a sweet game.

sick game. well, if you like basketball like me. I have been playing this non stop. it's really fun and challenging. life mode takes you deeper into the game. you can be the player and work for your career. plays online too. i play twice a week online. we have a team. email if interested
