And about BCAA's, studies show that extra BCAA's w/ your protein shake allows for the other aminos to be more effective. Why? Because during workout you lose a lot of your BCAA's, that's the first to go. You need enough aminos to help them all work and do their little dance in your body. So if you don't have enough BCAA's after the small amount gets replenished, how do u expect the other aminos to work that do require these aminos???????????????/
