Ok spooferguy, i guess you can really feel the effects of VItamin C then right? Give me a break. You don't know what you're even saying anymore lol.

And about BCAA's, studies show that extra BCAA's w/ your protein shake allows for the other aminos to be more effective. Why? Because during workout you lose a lot of your BCAA's, that's the first to go. You need enough aminos to help them all work and do their little dance in your body. So if you don't have enough BCAA's after the small amount gets replenished, how do u expect the other aminos to work that do require these aminos???????????????/
 
dude if i take alot of v itamin c i do feel like i recover better! and stop quoting studies about bca's and how good they are, dont u think mrp's have all that shit??use a little common sence and stop spending cash on all this bullshit- work hard and stick w/ the basic stuff! its suckers like you that believe all the hype surrounding all these bull shit supps- next your gonna tell me to do a cycle of dibencozide stacked w/smilax:)
 
Spoofy that's big talk from somebody who hasn't posted his stats. I might try some new stuff that comes out if i have the cash, but the rest i know works. And by the way, you can "feel" just like vitamin C the BCAA's for recovery. And no your MRP's do not have sufficient quantities of BCAA's unless it says, "fortified or now with more BCAA's" so don't talk shit about stuff you don't know about. I'm sure i been around way longer than you and am much more knowldegeable in this field than you are. What was your question again? How much creatine should i take? :newbie:
