Had ANOTHER nice and fun workout today. Went a little something like this:
speed bench + dbl mini around wrists
105 8x3

speed was a little slower but still around 3 secs if not 3 exactly. I've decided to cycle 85,95,105 for speed bench days.
Skull crushers...first time doing any type of extention in a while due to my elbow...these felt GOOD.

65x10 no pain
Bent over db rows
50lbs 3x10 easy

straight bar curls + reverse curls - random reps and weight.
Leg raises 3x high reps
situps + 25lbs on chest 3x15
took a pic of me today...looking chubby but getting the job DONE. lol:
