stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Dec 12, 2018 #2 if you work a sore muscle you are increasing your chance to get injured. if you are 35+ work out another muscle group if you are younger i suppose you can get away with it but you aren't getting a lot out of it and you won't be able to get in a great workout
