Soreness

If your feeling super sore and its time to lift on the schedule. Should you push through it? Or should you rest? I am currently very sore. Not sure whether to push or take off.
 
if you work a sore muscle you are increasing your chance to get injured. if you are 35+ work out another muscle group

if you are younger i suppose you can get away with it but you aren't getting a lot out of it and you won't be able to get in a great workout
