Soreness from pinning

Fuck guys I have a strait knot in my asscheek right now from pinning earlier this week I don't know if it was from injecting the compound to fast or hitting legs super hard the day after. I need an asscheek message

Hit it with some heat when you can. It may help loosen it up. I've only had a few that knotted up or lasted more than a couple days luckily.

After my injections I always try and hit the shower and massage the oil out... I'm using 25x1.... But u know how I pin... Everyday and multiple times a day so make sure to rotate site injections....

I was using a 22 gauge 1&1/2 just one a week when cruising and twice a week when blasting. I just asked the doctor for 23 gauge 1inch so I can hit my shoulders too. I was only switching off between gluts and quads

With a 22 you probably shot too fast. I use a 23 on my ass n 25 anywere else. Its impossible for me to shoot the 25 too fast

True I think I did... I definitely did on my quad the other day I heated it up to put it in suspension and when I went to go shoot it it shot out really fast

You shooting with harpoons.... 22x1.5 bro just order from .com takes two days and they are cheap.... 25x1 are the way to go... No piip
