sore nips

yesterday i noticed my nips were a little sore,and today even worse.i have liquid tam 40mg/ml(nolvadex)how much should I take and for how long.this is my first cycle sust only 500mg pw.
and i'm in the fourth week.

jump on it at 40mg right away until it goes away then use 20mg til the remainder of your cycle and post cycle

No need to stop, just hit the nolva and it will go away.

Bill Roberts once told me that the symptoms of gyno (itchyness, irritation, etc.) can still occur for up to a few weeks after the stimulus is removed (when you start the nolva). This doesn't actually mean the condition is getting any worse, however. Probably just a nuerlogical effect.
