scale said i lost 2 pounds this week...

i can't say i'm shocked though, cause i wasn't taking in my regular 3800 cals... probably closer to 3200 or less, as i wasn't able to get all the groceries i needed last week, due to babysitting issues...

rushing through a grocery store you don't normally go to sucks...

no worries though, i'll be back on track this week...

i'll be posting some pics later tonight in the pic section... maybe i got a bit leaner, as all of my lifts have gone up this week, and i felt strong as well...

Yeah, that could be it...I'm down 2lbs in the last 3 days, but thats what im going for :-D If your lifts are going up and you still feel good then your still on track, its not like you stopped training for a week, so I wouldnt say you got off track. Just bang it out hard for the next week :-D

Scale is of course a very inacurate way to measure things. Your loss is most probably water, and nothing to worry about. If diet was adequate, (nutrient composition) even with a 600 calorie per day deficit, would amount to just over a lb. This will more than likely be back with one good meal. :)

2 pounds is nothing to stress. My body weight fluctuate can fluctuate + or - 2 pounds any given week. Stick with your program and you'll make it up a short way down the road.

i normally don't pay the scale much attention... i was just surprised to see what it said today...

i got all my groceries for the week tonight, and will be back on schedule on Monday... tomorrow is cheat day... ;)
