something for memory?

Sleep, best memory aid. Are you getting enough zzzzzz? I am a newbie here so I don't know about supplements. But if I exercise a lot (mucho cardio for example), I need more sleep.

Triathletes who train 2-3 times a day need 12 hours shut-eye a night apparently.

FIsh oil, good for your brain, DON't buy cod liver oil straight though it tastes lke shit!

can you develop a bit more about why you need more sleep when doing intensive cardio ?
 
Guys, I have the same initial problem. I'm taking my MCAT's in 3 weeks, and I have been losing focus lately. I tried getting more sleep, and it just makes me more tired throughout the day. Other than Ginko Biloba, and l-tyrosine, what else can I take for enery that will last throughout the day?

That is the stuff. Maybe not energy like a diet pill gives you, but It does give you a sharp mind for sure. IF you want to go gun ho,
add choline, DHA, and phosphatidylserine.
