I’m looking to run something to help with my blood pressure. I got my numbers checked and they were pretty high. I checked in at 155 over 95. I know I need to get my numbers down and I plan on getting with a doctor. But in the meantime, what’s a good supplement that I can try?

In the mean time naturally, more cardio, stay hydrated. And watch the diet.
