I don't know how often this is asked or not but I was looking for tips on getting huge.
As for my info, I've been working out for a few years now and I've come along way.. but I wanna get huge.. not body builder huge.. more like "Strongman Compettition huge"
Problem is.. whenever I talk to a trainer about my goals theyre only interest is in having me cut up. with the promise that "Oh when you cut up you will look bigger" That's not the goal.
I'd look bigger if I WAS bigger too. Besides if you've got cut up 19" arms it's still not 23" arms cut or uncut.
My stats are
5'8"
265lbs
36 waist
20.5" arms
27.5 Quads
50" Chest
56" (chest and shoulders)
I'm not terribly cut but It's more than obvious that I work out my goal is to boost my measurements to
275 lbs
36w
22/23" arms
29/up" Quads
53/55" chest
Maybe its a bit much but I wanna be at least close to that.
The other thing is I don't do roids.. I made it this far without'em I'm trying to get as far as I can without roids.
I take Protien supps/ Creatine/ Methoxy pills too
Does anybody have any tips to give in this regard?
Nutrition tips?? Where to find trainers that might be more focused on my goal?? Workout Routines that work?? Pls. Advise thanks.
