Yup. The only way to do that, assuming you've been doing normal chest work, is to remove the fat in that area between your pecs. Same deal as showing your abs. That means....DIET!
I've heard a lot of people saying that fly motions will bring this area out. But, I think this is a bunch of dookie. The only way I see this area developing is the result of overall mass. If a chick has big hooters, she's gonna have nice cleavage right? Otherwise, the little twerps that sit on the pec deck all friggen day would have pecs like spinal erectors.
Just eat clean and put up a good workoutplan and it will come in time. Don´t do the classic mistake and concentrate all of your energy on just your chest, you´ll only get disapointed.
