My first cycle was german Dbol(lugwigs) (potent as hell) MY Bench went up from 185 for 8 reps to 185 for 35 reps,225 for 20 reps and i maxed out at 315. something i thought was far ,far away!
My squat was lagging no matter what i did i managed to do 225 for 8 reps,250 was my max, after that i shot up to 300 for 10 reps and maxed out at 425,That was my first cycle of Dbol ,and i never exceeded 20 mgs most was 10mgs until i pyramid it up slowly!
