Googled it.

Not surprised. Scandalous and borderline pornographic imagery is a big no no in LDS culture. The image of the woman is to be respected, and displaying something provocative is offensive to a lot of people, especially women.

The standards of dress for men and women are very conservative. No/minimal cleavage, no short-shorts, sleeveless shirts are a no for girls. Two piece swimsuits are discouraged. None of this is a "you must do" but they are the guidelines given.

Statewide, school dress codes don't allow this either. Kids are sent home if they violate dress codes.

Every time I see a teenage girl wearing a spaghetti strap with her boobs half out, and her butt cheeks falling out her short shorts, I want to smack her parents for allowing her to even own clothes like that. Nobody, religious or not, should allow their daughters to dress like a street-walking, bus stop tramp.

Women can't wear tanks? They are discouraged from one piece swimwear? One piece swimwear stays wet forever and it's HOT/uncomfortable.

It's funny you mention a dress code for men/women but only mention the women's dress code rules and your disgust at them violating your arbitrary moral standards of dress. You say the image of a woman is to be respected but those rules aren't very respectful to the woman herself. How is telling a woman or a girl that she can't show a normal body part (arm/stomach) respectful?

There is a difference for setting a standard for what is appropriate dress in certain situations (court, school, work)but it's quite another to imply that showing those body parts makes her a tramp.

Now i want to know what the dress code is for dudes since dabuff only mentioned what girls can/cant wear

First of all, understand that women can wear whatever they want. It's their choice. However, what they should wear vs what they do wear are sometimes two different things.

Married men and women, who wear the under garment must keep them covered. For men and women both, that is shorts that cover up to the knee, and the shirts are a short sleeve for men, and a 1/4 sleeve (shorter than the mens) for women, with no cleavage for woman.

Adult woman generally dress more modestly than teen girls anyways.

This manner of dressing is not considered appropriate. I see this a lot with teen girls:

This is okay, though the shorts are a little short:
