My knees are really giving me problems lately. My right one makes lots of cracking and popping sounds when I walk up stares or do squats. And my left feels like my ACL is going to snap when walking down stares (I live in a studio). I got some wraps I’m going to start using but I was wondering if anyone knows what I can do to help them other than that. Or what’s causing them to crack and hurt?
