I love them but am tired of coughing up the $ to get them made. It is usually a treat for me once a week but does anybody got any good recipes for a good smoothie. What makes there's so good?
I make mine with one of those little cartons of Light & Fit yogurt (60 cals), a scoop of protein powder, 1/2 of a banana, frozen berries, a splash of milk and a few ice cubes. You can use plain yogurt but I'd add a little splenda or honey- it's really tart without it. The yogurt is what makes it creamy and smoothie-like. Hope that helps!
