Smalls 2 week in pics...

Good progress so far smalls, the ratios you have are good, just keep eating and training hard, its all gonna pay off.

Rock on girl! As much as I *hate* (in a nice way of course!) those who don't blimp up (like me), I know the "grass is always greener" and I respect the work and dedication that anyone puts towards their own personal goals!

The cool thing is that you have some great shape going on those bis -- lots of people can lift like mofos and never get that peak going!

Wanna arm wrestle? ;)

I said it once and I'll say it again: smalls you're going to look fantastic with the addition of new muscle!

your 2 week progress looks great!

kel :)

hey sasssssssy -- ill arm wrestle u;)

Nice waist. Once you build up your lats a bit more you will have a very nice v-taper. Keep at it. Rome wasn't built in a day...

I'm a small person...I can relate

I'm on the other side too. I have always been little. Before I started lifting I weighed 95lbs, and 5'3. Awful! I never had a eating disorder or anything like that, just hard to put on weight. I am now a little over a year lifting and trying to put on weight and I'm now at 110. My goal is at least 115lb. I was motivated after seeing Small's pix's. Everybody has to begin somewhere.

I need a little motivation too. I've been under a lot of stress lately. When I'm stressed, I don't eat, rather than overeat. And I already feel weak, depleted. I've only worked out one day this week. So I've got to get on the ball. I need help with my diet. My gains have been slow. I eat 6 meals a day:
Meal 1:Protein shake and apple
Meal 2: can of tuna or PB&J sandwich
Meal 3: chicken breast or hamburger w/noodles
Meal 4: Protein shake
Meal 5: Dinner (steak/chicken/hamburger w/pasta
Meal 6: high cal. snack before bed

I'm trying to eat whatever to get up in size. Any suggestions? Should I eat what you guys recommend Small's eats?
