hey... is that a peak i see on that bicep? 1/4" gain so far... keep shoveling food down smalls, not bad since you just started back in. Be nice everyone.
Keep mowin down girl, keep slammin da weights, be consistent, stay on track and you know i got your back right girl?
I wanna add something here too, alot of people think about how tough it is to lose weight/body fat mass all the time, but most people dont talk about how difficult it is for some people to put ON good mass, because there are fewer people like smalls in our society. Most people are fat these days.
Plus, i think smalls is so motivated right now, the fact that she can SEE results (whatever results are important to HER) will keep her happy and on track to keep going...
I know its hard for me to ever imagine TRYING to add weight, its so easy for me naturally and otherwise, my difficulty is the opposite extreme, but the two are both equally important to the individual.
Rock on girl! As much as I *hate* (in a nice way of course!) those who don't blimp up (like me), I know the "grass is always greener" and I respect the work and dedication that anyone puts towards their own personal goals!
The cool thing is that you have some great shape going on those bis -- lots of people can lift like mofos and never get that peak going!
hey smalls...ive seen ur bicep before and i see some improvement here!! good work and keep up the good work. ur going to AMAZED and how ur body is going to change within the next few weeks. good luck!
I'm on the other side too. I have always been little. Before I started lifting I weighed 95lbs, and 5'3. Awful! I never had a eating disorder or anything like that, just hard to put on weight. I am now a little over a year lifting and trying to put on weight and I'm now at 110. My goal is at least 115lb. I was motivated after seeing Small's pix's. Everybody has to begin somewhere.
I need a little motivation too. I've been under a lot of stress lately. When I'm stressed, I don't eat, rather than overeat. And I already feel weak, depleted. I've only worked out one day this week. So I've got to get on the ball. I need help with my diet. My gains have been slow. I eat 6 meals a day:
Meal 1rotein shake and apple
Meal 2: can of tuna or PB&J sandwich
Meal 3: chicken breast or hamburger w/noodles
Meal 4: Protein shake
Meal 5: Dinner (steak/chicken/hamburger w/pasta
Meal 6: high cal. snack before bed
I'm trying to eat whatever to get up in size. Any suggestions? Should I eat what you guys recommend Small's eats?
I am a man but it sounds to me like you are on the right track with your diet. The important thing is to make sure you are getting way above your maintenance level of calories. If you are around 110lbs now times that with 15 to 18 and stick around that amount which would be 1650 to 2000 cals a day. Hope this helps and no cardio. L2L
