I am a man but it sounds to me like you are on the right track with your diet. The important thing is to make sure you are getting way above your maintenance level of calories. If you are around 110lbs now times that with 15 to 18 and stick around that amount which would be 1650 to 2000 cals a day. Hope this helps and no cardio. L2L
 
hmmm, as far as I'm concerned 10mg should be fine, remember to EAT EAT EAT.


It's a lot safer with low dossages, esp in women (as you probably know) so unless you're unhappy with the results keep it at that (IMO)
