He's from New York City and the teachers and principals in this small Texas hick town don't like him because he's not a southern bible thumper and likes to question their dumb asses. The assistant principal, looked him in the eye one day while he was eating lunch and said, "Son, you're gonna burn in hell." They found one marijuana cigarette in his car recently. Since it was on school property and he is seventeen, they want to try him as an adult. The district attorney and the school district told his father that they want to make an example out of him and prosecute him to the full extent of the law. 5 to 6 years in prison. "We don't want no drugs in our schools", they told his father. His mother is a New York City Attorney and she has hired one of the best defense attorneys in the area. CAN undefined YOU BELIEVE THIS FUCKING BULLSHIT? ALL OVER ONE MARIJUANA CIGARETTE. THEY WANT TO PUT HIM IN JAIL FOR 5 TO 6 YEARS. THIS COUNTRY HAS COME A LONG WAY SINCE THE CIVIL RIGHTS ERA. GOD, I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE PEOPLE ARE THIS IGNORANT TODAY. THESE ARE THE GEORGE BUSH, RUSH LIMBAUGH, POINK SUPPORTERS.

Coincidentally, the assistant principal who told him that he was going to burn in hell is the one who supposedly found the marijuana cigarette in his car. There were no other witnesses. This principal nearly lost his job over this comment. I think the defense wil eat their fucking lunch. Hypocritical stupid bastards.

i use to be the same way... bring a small joint to school to smoke in the parking lot w/my buddies. Luckily i never got popped now that i look back at that i realize how dumb it was. I still smoke weed but i do it only in the privacy of my own home.rarely do i bring anything on me,,,its not worth it. I honestly doubt they will give him 5-6yrs probably 1-2yrs probation and some community service along w/narcotics anonymous...they are just using scare tactics

It's a dumb law. Apathy has allowed the passage of dumb laws. Americans are apathetic. More of this will happen.

That's a great attitude. The law is fucked up. In the 60's, blacks couldn't sit on buses with white people, that was the law. If they dared to break an unjust law and went to jail for it, well....... they deserve it, because the law is the law.
