Small gyno

I have a lil gyno under my right nipple, and i want to get on a winny cycle. would it be ok to take arimidex with the winny or should i do the a dex first? i wasn't sure if the a-dex would inhibit the effects of the winny. my boy says the a-dex is sure to work on my gyno, any input on that?

If you already have developed a small lump you might need letro to fix that.
And no, I do not suggest to start any cycles before taking care of that.
