I really wish we had more Services for Seniors
seems like when they get old everybody is on their own
 
I didn’t stop training . Still getting in 2 days a week with trainer. Plus 3 days a week on my own. I still get in a solid hour and half per day.
Anxiety has always been an issue.
I am just finally doing something about it.
Admitting you need help is hard for men.
Wish I had learned earlier how stupid it is to not ask for help!

My cycle ends this weekend. I will slowly start cutting and see what I got and get to keeep.
Not huge gains but at my age and body type I don’t expect anything but reality.

Plan for going forward.
I will remain on TRT. Will reduce it back to 200 per week of test cyp.
I will continue 2iu of HGH 6 days per week.
Continue the glutathione .5 cc twice a week.
Cut back calories closer to my maintenance of 2500 calories. Do that for few weeks to let body settle in. Then start reducing calories for a cut.
Give my body a month or more to clean up.
Then I might run some Sarms to cut nicely.
Still work out 5-6 days a week just more cardio and ab work. Yuck!!
But first tomorrow I am going to my nieces house to watch the little ones have Easter.
Then eat like a complete asshole. Solid plan!!!
