I didn’t stop training . Still getting in 2 days a week with trainer. Plus 3 days a week on my own. I still get in a solid hour and half per day.
Anxiety has always been an issue.
I am just finally doing something about it.
Admitting you need help is hard for men.
Wish I had learned earlier how stupid it is to not ask for help!

My cycle ends this weekend. I will slowly start cutting and see what I got and get to keeep.
Not huge gains but at my age and body type I don’t expect anything but reality.
