1. Flat chest machine neutral grip. 30x 90lb, 15x180, 15x180, 12x220
2. Incline machine neutral grip 20 x 90 4 sets
3. Bench dips 4x20
4 . Incline bench , easy bar reverse close grip.
20x 60lb
5. Seated flat bench 10x20 4 sets
6. Pull over machine 4 sets 30each
7. Cable machine 4 sets 20 reps
High 40, 50, 60,60 lb
Low 20,20,30,30
Middle 30, 40,50, 50
8. Chest machine. Seated side ways, push accross chest. 45 lb plate 4sets 15 each pec.
9. Tricep rope push down reps 50, 40, 30,30
10. Cross body pull down 4 set, 20 reps 30lb
11. Kick back. 20 lb 4x 20
12. Ab work
